Delhi News: दिल्ली सरकार ने एक बड़ा और ऐतिहासिक फैसला लेते हुए 1511 अनधिकृत (कच्ची) कॉलोनियों को 'जैसा है, जहां है' (as-is where-is) आधार पर नियमित करने की घोषणा की है. इस फैसले से लगभग 45 लाख लोगों को सीधा फायदा मिलेगा. सालों से अपने घरों में रहने के बावजूद जिन लोगों के पास कानूनी मालिकाना हक नहीं था, अब उन्हें अधिकार और सम्मान दोनों मिलेगा. साथ ही यह कदम शहर के विकास को भी नई दिशा देगा. नियमितीकरण का मतलब क्या है? अब तक इन कॉलोनियों में रहने वाले लोगों के पास अपने घरों का पूरा कानूनी अधिकार नहीं था. लेकिन इस फैसले के बाद लोग अपनी प्रॉपर्टी रजिस्टर करा सकेंगे. इससे वे अपने घर में निर्माण, सुधार या पुनर्निर्माण (Redevelopment) आसानी से कर पाएंगे और बैंक से लोन लेने में भी सहूलियत होगी.
