What is the A D Infra Customer Referral Programme?
The Customer Referral Programme allows individuals to refer genuine homebuyers to A D Infra. If the referred customer successfully books a flat with us, the referrer becomes eligible for a referral commission as per the programme terms.
Who can participate in this programme?
Anyone can participate, including:
• Existing A D Infra customers
• Friends, family members, and associates
• Individuals who know someone planning to buy a home
You do not need to be a broker or real estate professional.
How do I refer a customer?
You can share the customer’s basic details with A D Infra. Our team will then connect with the referred customer and handle the entire process, including site visits and coordination.
What happens after I refer a customer?
Once the referral is shared:
• Our team contacts the customer
• Site visits and discussions are managed by A D Infra
• If the customer proceeds and books a flat, the referral becomes eligible for commission
How is the referral commission calculated?
The referral commission depends on the unit booked by the referred customer:
• 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 4 BHK Flat → 2% Referral Commission.
• If any additional amount required that will be subject to approval of the company.
The percentage is calculated on the final agreed value of the unit.
When is the referral commission paid?
The referral commission is processed after the successful completion of the deal, including booking confirmation and completion of required formalities.
Is there any upfront fee to join the programme?
No. There is no registration or participation fee for the Customer Referral Programme.
Will I need to handle site visits or documentation?
No. A D Infra handles:
• Site visits
• Customer coordination
• Negotiations
• Documentation and closure
You only need to make the referral.
Is there a limit on the number of referrals I can make?
No. You may refer multiple customers. Each successful booking is considered separately for commission eligibility.
How will I be informed about my referral status?
Our team will keep you informed about the progress of your referral and notify you once the booking is successfully completed.
Are referral commissions subject to any terms or conditions?
Yes. Referral commissions are subject to:
• Successful booking by the referred customer
• Completion of required formalities
• Verification of referral details
• Applicable company policies
All terms are shared transparently.

Who can participate in the A D Infra Customer Referral Programme?
Anyone can participate in this programme. This includes existing A D Infra customers, friends, family members, associates, professionals, or individuals who know someone genuinely interested in buying a residential property. You do not need to be a real estate broker or agent to be eligible.
Do I need to attend site visits, meetings, or negotiations?
No. You are not required to attend site visits, meetings, or negotiations. The complete process — including site visits, discussions, negotiations, documentation, and deal closure — is handled entirely by the A D Infra team. However, if you wish to join the customer during site visits or meetings, you are welcome to do so.
Can my identity remain private during the referral process?
Yes. A D Infra fully respects your privacy. If you prefer to remain anonymous, your identity will not be disclosed to the referred customer. All referral-related communication will be handled confidentially, ensuring your personal details remain protected at all times.
How is the referral commission calculated?
The referral commission is calculated at a flat rate of 2% on the final agreed value of the unit purchased by the referred customer. This rate applies uniformly across all unit types, including 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 4 BHK homes.
When and how will I receive my referral commission?
The referral commission is processed after the successful completion of the deal, including booking confirmation and fulfillment of required formalities. Once processed, the commission amount is credited directly to your bank account as per the agreed terms.
Is there any registration or joining fee for this programme?
No. There is no registration fee or participation cost to join the A D Infra Customer Referral Programme. Participation is completely free.
What happens if the referred buyer purchases more than one unit?
If the referred buyer purchases multiple units, the referral commission is calculated on the total combined value of all units purchased. For example, if two units are booked together, the commission is calculated on the aggregate price.
Will I receive official documentation for the commission payout?
Yes. If required, A D Infra can provide formal documentation related to the referral commission payout. This ensures transparency and clarity for your records.
What if the referred customer decides not to proceed with the purchase?
If the referred customer does not proceed with booking a flat, no commission is payable. The referral commission is applicable only when a successful booking is completed.
How will I be informed about the status of my referral?
You will be kept informed about the progress of your referral through official communication channels. Updates regarding site visits, booking status, and commission eligibility will be shared transparently.
Is there a limit on the number of referrals I can make?
No. There is no limit on the number of referrals you can share. Each successful referral is considered independently for commission eligibility.
