If the referred person successfully purchases a flat from A D Infra, the referrer receives a referral commission, calculated transparently and paid after deal completion.

How the Referral Process Works

1. You share a genuine referral
You provide us with the basic details of a person who is genuinely interested in buying a home.
2. A D Infra takes complete charge

3. Optional involvement from your side

If you wish, you may join the customer during site visits or meetings.

Successful booking = referral eligibility
Once the referred customer books a flat and the deal is successfully completed, your referral becomes eligible for commission.
Commission payout
The referral commission is calculated and credited to your bank account after deal completion.
Referral Commission Structure
We maintain complete transparency in our payouts.
Your referral commission depends on the unit booked by the referred customer:

2 BHK, 3 BHK, 4 BHK Flat → 2% Referral Commission.

If any additional amount required that will be subject to approval of the company.
The commission percentage is calculated on the final agreed value of the unit.

2 BHK priced at ₹45 Lakhs
→ 2% commission = ₹90,000

4 BHK priced at ₹90 Lakhs
→ 2% commission = ₹1,80,000

Merged Units (Two 2 BHKs)
→ ₹45L + ₹45L = ₹90L
→ 2% commission = ₹1,80,000
